Jean Marc Harion who is currently the CEO of Orange Belgium (formerly Mobistar) is named as the CEO of Orange Egypt. He will be nominated to the board of directors of Orange Egypt before taking the position. President of Orange Belgium announced that the board of the company will appoint a new CEO to replace Jean Marc.

In a statement by Orange Belgium, the Board of Directors of the company expressed their appreciation to Jean Marc Harion for the transformation work he has done at Orange Belgium during his term. The launch of 4G and the return to growth in the mobile market, the launch of Internet and TV and the adoption of the Orange brand in particular have helped to consolidate the company's position in the Belgian market and promote its return to sustainable growth, said the company.

Jean Marc Harion arrived at Mobistar on the 1st of December 2011, transiting from Orange Dominicana where he was also CEO.
