Denmark’s biggest Operator, TDC has appointed the company's deputy CEO, Pernille Erenbjerg as the new Group Chief Executive Officer and President replacing outgoing Carsten Dilling. Retiring Carsten Dilling will continue as advisor to Pernille Erenbjerg for the coming months, said the company.
Pernille Erenbjerg, 47 years has been the group's CFO since 2011 and in January 2015, was appointed Deputy CEO. Pernille who holds an MSc Business Economics and Auditing, was partner at Deloitte and State Authorised Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen before joining TDC in 2003. She was also a member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee in DFDS, member of the Board and the Audit Committee in Genmab and member of the Board of the Danish Royal Theatre.
