Tele2 AB, has recently announced that Joachim Horn, Executive Vice President and CTIO for Tele2 AB, will leave the company to take up a new position at a telecom company in Asia. Having served as group CTO at India’s Bharti Airtel, Joachim Horn joined Tele2 and its Leadership Team in 2011 as Executive Vice President and CTIO. He will assist Niklas Sonkin, Executive Vice President Central Europe and Eurasia, in Niklas' transition to become acting CTIO for the Tele2 Group.

Tele2 AB is a major pan-European telecommunications operator with about 14 million customers in 9 countries. It serves mobile services, fixed broadband and telephony, data network services and content services.
