Leading revenue assurance and fraud management firm, WeDo Technologies announced the appointment of David Burks as VP Asia Pacific. Burks joins WeDo Technologies’ executive team as it seeks to expand its market leadership in the region. 

According to Cisco, IP traffic will increase threefold in Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2020, representing a compound annual growth rate of 22 percent. A recent survey by WeDo Technologies found that IP networks is one of the most pressing challenges CSPs will face when managing their revenue assurance and protecting themselves from fraud.

Burks brings more than 30 years’ leadership experience representing software and services companies in the telecom, utility and IT industries. His background specializing in the BSS and OSS domains will be a key asset to WeDo Technologies as it continues to extend its dominance in the region.  

Prior to joining WeDo Technologies, Burks held senior executive roles at IBM, Lucent Technologies, Orga Systems and Aircom (TEOCO), in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
