AsiaInfo, today announced a joint venture (JV) agreement with Reliance Corporate IT Park to build and develop innovative new services for businesses in India and beyond. The companies said that by leveraging their collective strength, they are looking to create a next generation information technology software and services powerhouse to serve India and the surrounding region.
The JV will be headquartered in Mumbai, and will initially recruit staff from both companies as well as seeking to attract top talent both locally and internationally, growing to a few hundred people by early 2016.
