Since 11 May, 176 Orange stores (30% of sales outlets) have already reopened in major cities in France. By the end of May, Orange plans to open almost all of its stores in France.
In order to limit the time spent in shops, Orange is setting up an appointment booking system on the boutique.orange.fr site, via the mobile application Orange et moi, or through the toll-free number: 0800 02 55 55. This simple, efficient and rapid organisation will allow customers to reserve a time slot at their nearest point of sale, allowing them to meet with a sales advisor for any of the following issues: subscribe to an Orange offer; switch to fibre; change plan or offer; buy or change phones; subscribe to the Protected Home remote monitoring offer; obtain or return an Airbox or a mobile loan; get a new SIM card; and get help for a landline.
In order to welcome customers in compliance with health and safety measures in place regarding covid-19, all sales staff are equipped with protective masks. Hand sanitizer is available to all those present in the shops and the sales terminals will be cleaned after each visit by a customer. Signage or floor markings have also been installed to enforce the rules of physical distancing.
