Michael McKerley is Zayo's Senior Vice President for Managed Services. In this role, he leads all aspects of Zayo's Managed Services business, including product strategy, engineering and architecture, service delivery, and service assurance. Michael also serves as the President of ENA by Zayo, Zayo's education-focused service provider business unit. Michael has previously served in a variety of roles in technology and managed services businesses, including President, CTO, and VP of Product. He is excited to help build Zayo's new managed services business unit with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and innovative engineering to solve some of our customers' most complex problems.
