Gretchen Tinnerman is an accomplished and innovative executive with over 20 years' experience in leading complex, transformative technology organizations. In her current role, she serves as the Vice President and General Manager for Telco, Media & Entertainment, and High Tech industries at Kyndryl. Prior to this role, she served as the US Practice Leader of the Network & Edge Practice at Kyndryl. Gretchen has been with Kyndryl since its inception, following the company’s spinoff of IBM in 2021. She has led her team to facilitate successful digital transformation journeys for numerous customers across the United States. Gretchen has also authored several articles on the topic of enterprise transformation and is a passionate advocate for women in technology.
