Jacob has over 20 years of experience working with top wireless, wire line, MVNO and cable service providers, and prior to joining Subex just over a year ago, Jacob led R&D and new product implementation groups working in the areas of Data Science, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain technologies. Jacob is a certified Data Scientist, Certified Blockchain Expert, Certified Communications Security Professional (CCSP), Executive Secretary of the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA), author the CFCA’s Telecom Industry Fraud Loss Survey since 2007 and a popular conference presenter.
