Philippe Millet is the Chairman of i3forum, the not-for-profit industry body enabling and accelerating transformation across the carrier ecosystem. He has held this position since 2008, simultaneously holding the position of Head of Technical Strategy at Orange Labs Network. Philippe leads the i3forum into new directions to support transformation in the industry. Together with the leadership team and members of the i3forum, Philippe actively pursues all avenues to develop the carrier industry and drive conversation and collaboration. 

Philippe’s career at Orange has been ongoing since 2003, where he has held various positions and demonstrated expertise across areas including marketing, money operations, partnerships and technical strategy. An expert in all things telecommunications, Philippe has extensive experience in the industry spanning more than three decades.
