Jennifer Fellows is Sr. Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for MDS. In this role, she manages the product evolution, and marketing for the MDS billing and real-time charging solutions. Prior to MDS, she held the role of Vice President of Product Management for CSG International, a market-leading provider of charging, billing, and mediation solutions used by many of the largest global telecommunication service providers. During her tenure, her products were deployed at over 100 operators around the world to support their business objectives, while surpassing company revenue targets. She also held the role of VP of Product Management at Argent Networks, and Director of Product Management at bcgi, a leading provider of real-time billing, MVNO and access management products. Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications BSS, real-time charging, mediation and customer management systems. She is an experienced and knowledgeable industry expert. She has spoken at many conferences and authored industry articles focused on the key market issues related to billing and charging. Jennifer graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Telecommunications.
