David Witkowski is an IEEE Senior Member and CEO of Oku Solutions. He serves as Co-Chair of the Deployment Working Group at IEEE Future Networks, as Executive Director of Civic Technologies at Joint Venture Silicon Valley, as Senior Advisor for Broadband Deployment at the Monterey Bay Economic Project, sits on the Board of Expert Advisors for the California Emerging Technology Fund, and is a Fellow in the Radio Club of America.
