Jean-François Fleury is the Senior Vice President for Global Supply Chain and Operations at Vantiva. He’s spent his entire career working in the telecommunications industry, specifically with set-top boxes leading sales and support teams while working in China and the United Kingdom. Since 2018, Fleury has been in his current role where he helped navigate the COVID-19 crisis and set up the award-winning Smart Lines Manufacturing Process, that created a “pool” of production capacity across facilities around the world that would be able to quickly adapt to changes in the marketplace and support the manufacture of multiple products within the same setup.
