Maurizio Frizziero is the Director of Cooling Innovation and Strategy for the Secure Power Division of Schneider Electric. Maurizio has over 20 years of cooling business experience with a specialization in mission-critical applications and IT/Data Center solutions. After an experience in Nuclear Fusion research, in 2003, he entered the cooling business at Uniflair S.p.A., where he worked in R&D as well as in product management roles, developing his expertise in cooling solutions for continuous cooling, high-temperature operations, and noise impacts. In 2011 Maurizio joined Schneider Electric as product line manager for IT chiller and air economizers, moving later as Marketing and offer manager director. In 2020 he was appointed as Director of Cooling Innovation and Strategy. In his current role, he defines technologies for the datacenters of the future, in particular for Artificial Intelligence, leads influencing actions with mechanical ecosystem and drives mid and long-term strategy for the cooling business. Maurizio holds a master's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Padua.
