As a member of the MATRIXX Software CTO Office, Olivier Smith works closely with the CTO to research emerging trends, drive technology strategy, and deliver thought leadership. Olivier is engaged in multiple open source communities including the Linux Foundation and Telecom Infra Project where he works to develop and promote cloud-native best practices and principles in the telecom industry. 

Olivier has over 20 years experience in the telecom industry. Throughout his career, Olivier has held senior positions at major telecom companies, including Head of IT for 3 Scandinavia, and Senior Management roles at consulting firms Northstream, and CGI where he led strategy development and large-scale BSS implementations throughout Europe.
